Terms of Service — Creative Suites

1. Acceptance

By accessing creativesuites.com or booking a session with Creative Suites ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By booking, you authorize the charge for the selected package, add-ons, and applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled per the plan's terms.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start time may forfeit the booked hours or be charged a cancellation fee. No-shows are billed in full. Subscription hours that expire per their plan terms are non-refundable.

5. Studio Conduct

Treat the space, equipment, and staff with respect. You're responsible for damage caused by you or your guests. We may remove anyone behaving unsafely, illegally, or abusively, without refund.

6. Content Ownership

You own the recordings and creative work you produce. By using our services, you grant Creative Suites a limited license to use clips and stills for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

7. Prohibited Use

Don't use our service to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes from your recordings or distribution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Suites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
