Frequently asked questions
Booking, equipment, production, and growth — answered.
Booking & pricing
How do I book a podcast studio session?+
Pick a package on our Services page, choose a date and time, add any extras (extra hours, edit, clips), and pay your deposit. You'll get an instant confirmation by email with everything you need to show up ready.
How much does it cost to record a podcast at Creative Suites?+
Hourly rates start at our base studio package. Most clients book 2-3 hours per episode. Full done-for-you packages include recording, editing, and short-form clips at a bundled rate. See live pricing on the Services page.
Do you require a deposit?+
Yes. A deposit is required at booking to lock in your time. The remaining balance is charged the day of your session unless your package is fully prepaid.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?+
Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your start time are free. Inside 24 hours, the booked hours are forfeit. No-shows are billed in full.
Do you offer discounts or bundle pricing?+
Yes — subscriptions include monthly studio hours at a lower effective rate, and we run seasonal promo codes. Apply a code at checkout, or check our subscription packages for the best per-hour rate.
The studios & equipment
What equipment is included with a studio session?+
Every room comes fully loaded: broadcast-grade Shure microphones, multi-camera 4K video, isolated audio tracks per guest, professional lighting, and an on-site engineer. You don't need to bring anything but yourself and your guests.
How many guests can I bring?+
It depends on the room — our smallest room comfortably seats 2 hosts, our largest seats up to 6. Each studio page lists exact capacity and ideal use cases.
Can I record video and audio at the same time?+
Yes. All sessions are recorded in 4K multi-camera video and isolated, broadcast-quality audio by default. You'll receive both deliverables after your session.
Do you offer remote guest recording?+
Yes. We can patch in remote guests with broadcast-grade software so they sound like they're in the room. Just tell us in your booking notes.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi at the studio?+
Yes — complimentary on-site parking and gigabit Wi-Fi for you and your guests.
Production & deliverables
How long until I get my files after recording?+
Raw files are delivered within 24 hours. Edited episodes and short-form clips on our production packages are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
Do you handle editing, mixing, and mastering?+
Yes. Our production packages include full edits, audio leveling, noise reduction, music beds, and final mastering optimized for podcast platforms.
Can you make short clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts?+
Yes — short-form clips with captions, motion, and on-brand templates are included in our growth and bundle packages, or available as an add-on.
Will you publish my podcast to Spotify, Apple, and YouTube?+
Our distribution add-on handles uploads, episode descriptions, show notes, and chapter markers across all major platforms.
Who owns the recordings?+
You do. You own 100% of your content. We only use clips and stills for promotional purposes with your permission.
Memberships & subscriptions
How do subscription studio hours work?+
Each month you get a set number of studio hours included with your plan, plus event-block credits. Hours reset each billing cycle and don't roll over unless your plan states otherwise.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to unused hours at the end of the month?+
Unused monthly hours expire at the end of your billing period. We'll send a reminder before they roll.
First-time podcasters
I've never recorded a podcast before. Can you help?+
Absolutely. We work with first-time hosts every week. Our team coaches you on mic technique, pacing, and structure during your session, and our launch packages walk you through naming, cover art, and your first 3 episodes.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?+
Bring a rough outline or talking points and any guest intros you want to read. We'll handle the rest — sound check, levels, framing, and recording start.
How do I grow my podcast audience?+
Consistency, short-form clips, and smart distribution. Our growth packages bake all three in: weekly episodes, 5-10 short clips per episode, optimized titles and thumbnails, and platform-specific publishing.
